I recently worked with Brendon on a condo purchase in downtown San Francisco. This is the 3rd Bay Area property I’ve owned and was the first time I worked with Brendon. I was referred to him by a friend. My experience was fantastic. Brendon has an excellent understanding of the SF real estate market and had great insight as to the future of neighborhood development / growth as well as the historical background of the locations I looked at. The process was smooth and there was always great communication. I never found myself wondering what the next steps in the process were - was always informed and updated. Brendon is on another level. He not only has deep knowledge of the San Francisco housing market, but clearly has a broad network which he leverages to help get you the best price. Every real estate agent who asked us who we were working with already knew and loved Brendon. (Including, of course, the seller's agent for the house we made an offer on!) Brendon helped us navigate a competitive market during rising interest rates and masterfully negotiated a below list offer that was satisfying to the sellers and in our price range. The San Francisco Real Estate market is a fast, full contact sport and entering into it for the first time was daunting. To be successful, you need a realtor who not only knows the market but has the connections needed to get you the best information to make a winning bid. My husband and I worked with Brendon in 2022 to sell our home in SF. I first met Brendon at a showing for a house that he was selling. Due to his professional demeanor, his extensive knowledge, and his engaging warmth, I immediately knew that he was the realtor who I would hire when it came time to sell my own home. Sure enough, my instincts about his excellence were confirmed when the sales proposal that he presented to me -- two personalized, hard-bound books that spelled out his specific marketing plan for my house -- was head-and-shoulders above all the others. In fact, this example of Brendon "going the extra mile" is a perfect reflection of the quality of his work as well as of the considerable thought, effort, and commitment that he puts into it. From the moment that he sat down with me to map out his home preparation and sales strategies to the moment that the house closed escrow, Brendon's hard work ethic and expertise were clear. He knows exactly what to do in order to cosmetically improve a house such that it will attain the highest possible price.
