I worked with Samantha on my purchase of condo in the city. It was simply an awesome experience, and it comes with comparison to my past experiences in working with agents. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to get HONEST and real support from an agent, and here are some of the main reasons: 1. Samantha is very dependable finance advisor. She knows when to say an offer would be bad. In this market, you'd meet plenty of agents whose only strategy for you is to keep raising bid price. Samantha isn't one of those agents, she provides reasonable offer boundaries and always presents the buyer's interest. This isn't an easy trait, and this is one of the top reasons to work with her. 2. Samantha is available to talk/ text, and very responsive. For me, going to an open house by myself is fine, I don't necessarily need too much hand-holding into knowing how many bedrooms and bathrooms, etc, and can quickly note things on my own. What matters more is off the property conversation and strategies, and this is where working with Samantha was great. We had many conversations on 10-12 properties, sometimes late in the evening or on weekends, and she was always there and supportive. She also gets straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush, working with her was straight forward and simple. 3. Samantha delivers beyond expectations. Whenever there were a few things during contract negotiation or closing, I felt assured that my agent is on my side and she was able to negotiate complex term with buyer's agent. Now this is not always possible, but I can confirm you that she puts out the best effort, and beyond what's just possible and that counts a lot for those who put in their whole life's saving into getting a home. In terms of knowledge, expertise, and skill-set, no question Samantha is awesome, and maybe many agents would have those same qualities. But I want to emphasize on attitude and trust, and that's what differentiates a few from many. In this seller's market, it is so hard to find a strong buyer's agent that I could trust, but I'm glad I was able to work with Samantha, and I fully recommend her -- if you have needs for home buying/selling, please do yourself a favor, and at least have a conversation with this agent.

Samantha is THE BEST OF THE BEST!! Samantha is extremely responsive, works well via text/email/call, informs you why the seller is selling while we are touring the home, and works to understand what you're looking for and provide you with options/ideas. She is able to advise whether homes are overpriced and work to see whether we have a shot at getting a home on the higher end of our budget. She works with the listing agent and constantly follows up to gauge our competition and provides advice on how we should structure our offer, once the offer is in, she will consistently follow up with the agent on status. She even helped us write a letter to the seller without us knowing! Once in contract, she sends you a timeline of what to expect and will remind you of the deadlines. Samantha makes the process super easy and you won't regret working for her. She will be my agent for a long time, will be recommending her to everyone and I highly recommend you contacting her now!

My wife and I were trying to decide if we should sell our condo unit given the condo market during the May timeframe and we reached out to a handful of realtors whom our family and friends referred us to. We picked their brains to see what they thought and ultimately we decided that it was more beneficial for us to place the condo on the market. Once we made that decision, the next step was to find a realtor who would be able to help us sell the condo. We chose Samantha for a number of reasons - 1) our friend who referred her to us had a great experience with Samantha when she sold her condo, 2) she provided a detailed follow-up response breaking down the scenarios we had, which we didn't ask her to do but it was a really nice gesture, and 3) she has experience as both seller/buyer realtor in our condo complex. The next step in the process was for her to take a tour of our unit to see what needed to be repaired. It wasn't a long list but it was really convenient that she had a contact for a handyman who was able to help us patch things up in a short time span. She also did a video tour of the unit, which we thought was a nice touch. It took about 2-3 weeks from the day we met to listing the unit on the market. Unfortunately, it was listed for 80 days before we received our first offer, but this was not due to Samantha doing her job because she did a great job for us trying to market our unit. It was probably just bad timing for a 1/1 unit with the Delta variant news. Samantha did everything she could to help sell our unit as she held private and public open houses, sent email blasts to agents, followed up with potential buyers and their agents, and sent postcards to residents in the community who are tenants and looking to own. Throughout the entire process, Samantha kept us updated on any news she had, which she took the initiation with instead of us having to reach out to her. She is very knowledgeable as we had an abundance of questions. We trusted her judgment and she was easy to work with. We recommend Samantha Huang if you are looking for a realtor in selling your place or buying a new place. Thanks again for all your help!
