After living in Memphis for 6 years, my dream home on the island went up for sale and I called Sam within 10minutes of her posting the sign. From that moment, she was readily available for me to tour the property several times within 24-48hours and she went above and beyond for us to secure the deal. Sam was incredibly proactive, helpful and informative regarding the entire process from initial home load pre-qual letter and next steps to vendors for repairs upon closing.
