In a slightly difficult market their communication was excellent, updating us on the results of all open houses and interest the apartment was getting, and shepherding us to an excellent buyer. I was lucky to work with Rhanda and Laila for the sale of my grandmother’s home in SF in the spring of 2022. This was a home I had never lived in and unbeknownst to me had many issues that affected our journey going to market. The sale ended up being very complicated with lots of surprise obstacles related to the home so I really got the opportunity to see Rhanda and Laila shine in a difficult situation! As we discovered each concern with the house, Rhanda and Laila not only knew how to manage my stress and worries, but exactly who to call to get the issue fixed. The team took care of everything so seamlessly, made the calls, found the right available vendor to correct problems, and were there at the property day in and day out to ensure things were fixed and done well to a high standard. Rhanda and Laila tirelessly advocated on my behalf to ensure any work that needed to be done happened in a timely manner to protect our timeline of going to market. They both truly had my back and I felt so supported throughout the entire process. The contractor recommended by Rhanda and Laila was excellent as was his team, and I was so grateful to have him as a vital part of the process- his work was impeccable and his knowledge and understanding of what the home needed proved invaluable. The stagers as well as all other vendors they recommended performed very high quality work and were a pleasure to work with. Rhanda and Laila kept me up to date on every important detail of the what was happening with vendors, where we were on our timeline, action items and how the market was changing. I am a parent who also owns her own small business, and the team’s hard work and excellent project management skills made it possible for me to keep my life and work going so I wasn’t overwhelmed this complex house sale. To say that they were my rock for 2.5 months is an understatement!! During the offer stage of the sale process Rhanda and Laila again kept me abreast on everything that was going on and advocated on my behalf for the best price and offer. I was definitely pleased with the price I received for my house. Rhanda and Laila were always available to me by text, phone call or email, they responded very quickly and met me in person any time I needed. I felt important and valued to them. I would like to say that I’m a reasonable person and that I have unlimited funds to spend on real estate. But I would be lying. When it comes to housing and investments, I have unreasonable expectations and I’ve never met a penny I didn’t pinch, hard. Nonetheless, Rhanda & the entire Salma family have been able to find me great properties and negotiate great deals. Along the way, they provided expert insight into the local housing market. Unlike other "agents" I have used in the past, these folks actually advocated for my position and were always available to discuss issues or view potential properties.
