During the whole process of buying a home, Sadie was very helpful by being very responsive to all my text messages and emails and answering all the questions my family and I had. She was knowledgable about all of the neighborhoods and things to look out for when we toured the properties. She caught a lot of stuff that I never would have paid attention to. She even went the extra mile and was working with the city on the sewer inspection and making sure everything was all in order. Overall, Sadie was very professional, patient and knowledgable during the entire process. Even after closing and getting ready to move, she is still checking in on how things are going.

From start to finish, Sadie was extremely helpful and responsive. Without being asked, she did all the market research on the homes we looked at and compared the prices with other homes recently purchased in the area. She provided expert advice on whether homes were overpriced or not which showed that she was not just here for a quick sale. She answered all questions that I had and handled most of the work from dealing with the mortgage lenders, to the escrow company to negotiating and renegotiating with the seller. As a first time buyer that didn't do enough research, Sadie was able to compensate for all my shortcomings and in the end managed to help me close even though I was not the highest bidder. If I were to buy again I would definitely go with Sadie again so that I wouldn't have to do any heavy lifting.
