We were out of state property owners, needing to sell our condominium used nine years as a rental in RSM. After several solicitations, phone calls and interviews, we selected Ryan. He presented a well-defined approach, pricing point rationale and especially a concierge service for repairs and refreshing the condo. To have someone trustworthy to handle several contractors updating the property for a modern-day sale, while we were not present, was extremely important. Ryan came through with flying colors. The condo was refurbished, presented beautifully, and sold immediately without any hassles or hitch.
