We were first time buyers in San Francisco, and had a wonderful experience working with Yesenia and Ruth Krishnan team during this process. Starting with the initial meeting, where they were the first Real estate team to respond, to this day they have been very professional, helpful, and always looking for your best interests. In our first meeting Yesenia talked to us about the buying process, different districts of San Francisco, and suggested neighborhoods we might be interested in based on our needs. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions, she always responded to them very patiently. Yesenia was with us at every step while we visited multiple properties. Sometimes on very short notice. After visiting each property, she would wait for our feedback before sharing hers. This is something we really appreciated. For the homes we were interested in, she'd share the disclosures, send in a summary of the disclosures separately, and schedule a follow up meeting to go over them and discuss next steps. Having all of our questions answered gave us the confidence to make offers to multiple homes, and eventually find current new home! Even after closing our home, Yesenia keeps checking in on us, and provided information about good handymen, electricians and movers. We would love to work with Yesenia Rogers and the team at Ruth Krishnan again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in San Francisco

We chose Ruth for purchasing our first home, it was an amazing experience. Ruth is professional, pays attention to details and very experienced. With her help, we were able to get our place in SF on our first offer. Ruth has an acute sense of market trends, she educated us on possible price ranges of current listings, and that was helpful in allowing us to understand what we could afford. She's very transparent about the home buying process, and she walked us through all the necessary details and has been very responsive for all of our questions. Ruth didn't push us to purchase any home and she gave unbiased reviews on homes that we were excited about. This was very helpful especially for first time home owners like us who weren't aware of a lot of potential flaws of properties. The fact that Ruth is very well connected with other agents played an important role in us nailing down our first offer. We're really appreciative since the home buying process was made a lot shorter and easier. I would recommend Ruth to any of my friends who are looking to get a place in SF.

We had been trying to buy in SF since 2016, and despite putting offers in, we never had a chance to secure a property. We didn’t know it at the time, but we were working with a horrible realtor who wasn’t being honest with us. She also was never available when we wanted to tour homes. Six years later, I decided to contact Ruth Krishnan and the Krishnan Team. Ruth put us in contact with Yesenia, and we were so happy she did. Yesenia quickly responded to our e-mails, phone calls, and text messages. We also worked with Lauren, who was also super fast and very easy to work with. Yesenia always made us feel like we were a very high priority, and we valued her work ethic and integrity. When we finally put an offer on a condo, she worked until midnight to negotiate the price and help secure our new home! She’s a tactician, and she knows how to navigate the real estate waters like a true professional. Yesenia helped fulfill our dream of finally buying a property in SF, which happened on our very first written offer! I honestly don’t think this would have happened without her and her team. My only regret is we should have contacted her six years ago when we first tried to buy a home in SF.

Ruth and her team made home buying so much less intimidating than we were expecting. We had a very specific set of criteria and we knew there wouldn't be many homes that would match it, so we chose to work with Ruth in the hopes that she could help us get our offers accepted. What we didn't know what that she would provide so much guidance throughout the whole process. She gave us market insight and advice from the very beginning, she gave us her honest and detailed opinion about every property we saw, and when it came time to put in the offer she gave us an extremely thorough explanation of everything in the offer. Throughout escrow and even afterward, Ruth and her team have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of. She even had the sellers fill out a questionnaire about the property to help us when we moved in! In all of our conversations with Ruth, we always felt that she was extremely knowledgeable, honest, professional, and never pushy. She never made us feel uncomfortable or rushed during the process, and we always felt like she had time for us. The other members of her team that we met during the process were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience with the Ruth Krishnan team and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in SF!

We wanted to take a moment to thank Yesenia for all of her work with listing and selling our home in San Francisco. We were in a bit of a tricky situation as we were leaving California and needed a realtor who would allow us to be hands-off through the process. We had a few issues that needed solving with our property before listing, but Yesenia helped us address these quickly and gave us several options for contractors. Since we were out of state, communication was essential to us. We never felt like we were in the dark, and the entire team kept us up to date with our home's progress and potential buyers' response. I think what we enjoyed most about Yesenia is that she is truly an expert, but she always let us feel empowered to make the decision we felt was best. She brings incredible expertise and professionalism to the table, and we feel lucky to have worked with her. She exceeded our expectations of what a realtor can be, and we'd be thrilled to work with her in the future. In the end, we ended up selling our home over the asking price, and we honestly feel that this wouldn't have been the result if we had gone with another realtor.
