We highly recommend Roxanne. We used her to sell our home in Monte Rio and were very pleased. She's extremely knowledgeable - lots of experience and knows the business. She has expertise in how to price property to sell, very honest, and goes beyond just listing and showing property. She helped us prepare our home for sale, finding painters, etc. and even pitching in herself. She was very patient - explained the sometimes confusing transaction and answered our many, many questions. I also really appreciated that she was accessible - whenever we reached out - be it by telephone, email. Can't go wrong using her -- and on top of that, she's just a very pleasant person!
