Rod has been nothing but amazing to my husband and I on our house buying and selling journey. When we first meet him, we sat down and he explained the selling & buying process making sure we understood everything. When we began our search for our new home, Rod was very helpful with pointing out features and details in the homes we viewed. He also took our concerns and opinions seriously and didn’t lead us astray. Rod was excellent at building a relationship with the selling realtor. We believe his personality and ability to build relationships was instrumental in acquiring our new home. On the flip side, becoming the selling party with Rod was as easy as before. He was honest with us and helped guide us in what we needed to do to fix our old house before putting it on the market. His background as a contractor allowed him to easily find a team to help renovate our home. Also he went above and beyond and finished little details around the home personally to make it absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have picked a better realtor to go on this journey with. We will recommend him to all our friends, family & everyone in between.

Rod is an AMAZING realtor! He held our hand through the whole process. He set us up with a fantastic mortgage company, answered every call, and found us our amazing home the first weekend we started looking. Yes, even in this crazy market. Rod is so good that he actually was able to beat out offers higher than ours. Rod was honest, helpful, punctual, funny, and so easy to work with. Oh, did I mention he was a contractor in the past, so he was able to help us with questions about home improvements and things that were on our inspection. If you are looking for a realtor, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!

Rod Abdolhosseini was so patient and kind with us older folks. We took a lot of time to make decisions and also did not understand a lot of the technical signing on the computer. But Rod just kept making it easy for us and explained everything so we could understand. I also changed my mind and decided to change the price of the house and he was so gracious about that. I would definitely use Rod again and encourage others that need a knowledgeable realtor who is friendly and funny and takes care of everything for you, to contact him!

I am a first time homebuyer, and I was lucky enough that Rod agreed to represent us. We had a lot of questions, and Rod always made himself available to answer them without making me feel dumb for asking them. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor and is easy to get along with. From start to finish, he reduced the stress out of what is probably a more anxiety-provoking process for many. We closed quickly thanks to our loan agent, who Rod referred us to. Lucky for us, he used to be a contractor, and that experience he brings helped us when we were making a few decisions about this home. And he surprised us by helping us with a few things AFTER we had already moved in. Seriously, what other agent does that? Awesome guy. I recommend him.

I wondered what would make the best review for Rod: 1) the fact that our home was on the market for UNDER one week (in July 2022 when 30-45 days was re-becoming normal again)? 2) the fact that we got a FULL-PRICE offer, no contingencies, and a 24 day close (in July 2022 when buyers reclaimed the power in home buying transactions)? 3) or the fact that he put up with my unending barrage of questions, my thinking too much, and me generally being a high-maintenance client? Before deciding “all of the above” I gave extra weight to the fact that he has a contractor’s license and tools! Thanks so much Rod for finding us a new home and selling our old one!
