Robert was amazing! We moved to a different city, so we needed someone who could help us with the updating and upgrading of our existing home before selling. Robert went above and beyond, basically becoming the project manager for getting our condo repaired and repainted, new hardwood floors and carpet installed, even a professional cleaning. As a homeowner himself at Oceanview Village, Robert understands how to work with the HOA management team to ensure that all the rules and policies are followed during the process. He took care of all the small details and requests that we made, always following up to ensure that we were satisfied. He was never too busy to take our calls or respond to our texts and emails. In the end, the proof of his expertise was in the results - we received the highest offer ever received for an Oceanview Village property (even properties with a larger square footage)!
