Rob quickly understood what we wanted from the sale (sale price and potential buyers) and how quickly we wanted to sell. He immediately presented an aggressive, but achievable plan to get there. Rob provided invaluable counsel lining up contractors and where best to place our efforts while preparing and self-staging our home. Rob was responsive throughout, communicated at a comfortable cadence and with the form (text, email, phone) most appropriate to the situation. We always understood where we were in the transaction, what was next and were confident Rob would get us there. And most importantly, we got there.

We hired Rob to sell our condo because we felt we needed something extra.... a marketing specialist, and wow did he deliver. He had an extensive marketing plan which included not one, but two videos of our condo and neighborhood. He described one as a "living floor plan" to help buyers learn the layout. The other packed a super cool neighborhood walk and the condos best features, all in under 3 minutes. No other agent even mentioned videos, let alone two stunning ones designed with buyers' needs in mind. Rob helped us Stage too. We had significantly outgrown our condo with 2 kids, and it was hard to see the vision, but he turned it into this amazing chic pad that so fit the neighborhood vibe. To top it all off he suggested a price that would get the right buyers in the door, and sure enough, the eventual buyer liked it so much he offered $105,000 over the List price. From start to finish it was such an easy and seamless experience on what originally felt impossible. Fantastic overall experience and fantastic results.

My wife and I hired Rob for three transactions - two in 2009 and one in 2014 (when we moved out of the San Francisco area) and we were very pleased with his performance. He sold two of our San Francisco houses, the second one going into contract within days after listing, ultimately selling for more than we had hoped for. I attribute this to his excellent marketing.
