Rachel Ojeda1 StarI am not sure what is going on with this company! They are definitely not the same, I have experienced horrible customer service . I have spoken to a supervisor about ongoing issues and complaints and she assured me she would handle it and call me right back and never heard from her! And now I had to speak to a higher up about another mess up actually two big things they srewed up on and that higher position person gave me attitude! What is going on???? No wonder this company is going down hill! This is really sad! I feel like someone has to take care of these ongoing issues...Tuesday 5th July 2022

Stormsmyst5 StarI know there are a lot of negative reviews for this company and/or particular division in Fresno, but I just wanted to give a shout out to Robert. That is the kind of professionalism one should show, I got no push back and he was VERY helpful. After they missed the green waste can I called Atwater P.W. I received a call from Robert and he told me that he and the driver would be around to get it and they did, within a half hour! Thank you Both!Thursday 10th February 2022

THIS DRIVER TAKES NO PRIDE IN HIS WORK, DOESN'T CARE THAT NOW PEOPLE HAVE TO GO CLEAN UP AFTER HIM AND COULDN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO PUT THE CONTAINER BACK CORRECTLY. REDICULOUSNESS!!Thursday 2nd December 2021
