I've been renting through them for almost a year and plan on releasing. 2022 has been the most difficult year for myself and my roommate, financially, health wise, and just in general. Renshaw has always been there to help us through and has given us peace of mind in our darkest days. They've shown compassion where it truly matters most and want what is best for their clients, be you an owner or a tenant. I've never had this kind of experience with a rental company or property management company. They truly see that money isn't everything and will 100% work with you to get you on track instead of throwing an eviction your way. I will always recommend and use this company for future leases, if needed, and hopefully one day when I can have them manage my own rental properties thank you, Renshaw, for all that you do.

I had the best experience working with The Renshaw Company all because tof Miss Sonya Jackson, I cannot thank her enough for helping me find the perfect home for my son. I had the pleasure of doing his home search for him, and having an experienced professional agent who gave me fast responses to all my questions and concerns but also how kind, helpful and dedicated to making sure that future tenants get the best home she has to offer according to individual needs. I know my son made the best decision to go with Renshaw because of her. Keep up the great work Sonya, it doesn’t go unnoticed YOU ARE AWESOME ❤️ He loves his new home 🏡

This property company never fixed my air conditioning for 6 months didn’t have air this whole summer. Also the house I was renting was not insulated. The back yard was trashed from the construction from the quick renovations they did to move me in quick. The water didn’t work when I moved in and also the house wasn’t cleaned before my move in date had to clean it myself before moving furniture inside. My master bathroom shower wasn’t sealed which later cause it to leak into the hallway after I requested someone come fix it the first moth I moved in. Carbon monoxide detector went off a couple times and when I called about it no one came to check it out. Also the maintenance company Home Solutions is a fraud company that comes inside the property to “fix” things that never get fixed and steal from tenants.

Rented a property from them for two years and was never late on rent not once. Wife and i reached out around 2 to 3 months before our lease was set to expire. Never heard back from Melissa and her team. Not to mention the paint job was shorty at best, with cracked paint and paint all over the floor. Bathroom had paint peeling from the tub that we let them know when we first moved in and it was never fixed. Windows that we’re already cracked etc. 0/10 would never rent again. When It came time to get our deposit back we have to basically email them 10x to get info back on our deposit. Don’t recommend

I'm in a very stressed situation where I have to move and in desperate need of a new place to call home, my recent landlord has decided to shut this building down for renovations,n has ask us to Vacate the premises,but is still requesting us to pay him rent n move out. I've been looking at a couple of Renshaw properties hoping to be approved for one. The staff is very professional,with caring n understanding attitudes. After speaking with Lauri n Melissa, I feel they are well equipped to help me thru this difficult transition can't wait to work with Sonya Their response time is quick and they seem to care about your needs. I can't wait to become a tenant with this company. Wish me luck 🤞
