Reliable Power Systems arrived on time, Installed my 24KW Generator in one day. There workers were very professional, knowledgeable, and there attention to detail with the electrical hook up inside and outside was outstanding. The Tech that arrived several days after install was friendly and professional he took time to answer all my questions as well as take me through the whole start up procedure. Once again i'm impressed with this Company.

After waiting for over 6 months for an installation that was rescheduled for First week of a November 2021, the company didn’t actually show up for installation until January 26,2021. They were not able to complete the work and told me they would be back the next day to complete what they didn’t finish. I received a text message from the company at around 7:00 am stating the technician is on there way and when I called to confirm they stated that a message was never sent. Now I am waiting for them to show up “ sometime by the end of the day “. This company has been nothing but a headache they are not reliable and the profesionalisim is lacking. This is how my backyard looks like after they have left the installation half way.

I wish to congratulate Winston who just did the annual servicing and inspection of my generator. He is amazing in every way. He did a fabulous job. He was extremely through, paid attention to all details, totally cooperative, incredibly well informed, and very, very excellent in all details. This is the second time he has worked on my equipment, and I wish to commend him high. I applaud Reliable for having such great people working for them!

Great company with excellent service!!! Kyle did a great job as a sales person. The office did a great job keeping us informed as the process went with the city. The installers knew their job….everything went smooth. They cleaned up the work area nicely. I would recommend this company for all your electrical and generator needs.

From the employees who answer the phone to the installers who are thoroughly knowledgeable and professional.
