Wes O'Hara5 StarAfter the pleasant experience working with Garrison previously, I called on him again to help sell the same home he helped me buy just a few years earlier. My hope of a repeat experience was fulfilled. Garrison mitigated the extra stress of selling versus buying. We knew the plan from the beginning and were kept informed every step of the way. Negations were not without some back and forth and a surprise at the end when an important document was overlooked by the lender. Garrison worked out a compromise that compensated us adequately for the delay while also being fair to the buyer. His confidence and straight shooting let me know I was in good hands throughout the process and wouldn’t likely face any surprises.
