I was matched with Lynne through Zillow when I indicated I was interested in viewing a condo that was listed. All I wanted was to take a quick look at the model homes, but Lynne called me and offered to set up an appointment for me. I thought that was great and went ahead and took a look at the model. Long story short, I was asked to put a unit on hold. I thought I wasn't quite ready for that step, so I texted Lynne. As I started driving away she called me and advised that I should go ahead with the hold as I had been given a great offer. Even though I had not met Lynne, I felt she was trustworthy. As we spoke, I immediately turned around, drove back to the community, and went ahead with the hold. From there things moved quickly. As. a first time home buyer I really appreciated that Lynne was there for me anytime I had questions. When she viewed the property with me, she discovered that another unit that I had viewed had some clear advantages. Due to this recommendation I actually switched units, which was a great decision for me. I was able to purchase the home and Lynne provided me with guidance throughout the process.
