Johnny Whieldon was a very thoughtful agent who provided his honest input and thoughts on the properties that we were looking at prior to ultimately submitting an offer on the property we finally purchased. He guided us through the process from the properties pros and cons including where they are situated and the fair value/offer to submit. He was also communicative to us regarding different updates during the buying/escrow process and was always quick to respond. He really cares about us and is very honest with his opinions on things which is what we look for in an agent. Overall we are recommending Johnny to anyone especially to other real estate investors that we know of that would like to purchase a property within Lake Arrowhead area.

From the beginning of a very whirlwind home buying process Barry was exceptional. He was willing to work around two crazy work schedules to meet on a Saturday morning to show us houses. We were first time home buyers and he gave us honest good advice on the houses we viewed, while also not being pushy about his opinion. He had the perfect balance of not saying anything unless asked while also extending his years of experience and depth of knowledge. Barry gave us advice on which homes we should even consider going to see so that we don’t waste time. The best thing about our experience was Barry helped us get our offer accepted on the FIRST house we ever put an offer on (though it was the second go around with a counter offer)!! Throughout all of escrow he was fantastic, and was so patient and helpful with all our questions. In all, it was less than 2 months from the time we were first started looking at houses to when we got the keys, and we think Barry was a huge reason for it!

Amy Sharrow - I don’t feel it’s fair to give just one star to an office with many agents, as I’ve only had one short-lived experience with one of them. I felt, however, that Amy Sharrow’s condescension and rudeness was enough that it was worth noting and rating (generously) two stars. I did not obtain her representation, nor would I recommend others to do so. She was terse and smug in her communication. Perhaps her testy personality would prove useful in dealing with another agent of her ilk? I won’t risk finding out. Friendly is always better.
