The owners and realtors at Magnum Opus Real Estate are above and beyond...They put in the time and effort that other realtors just simply don't. I've had many terrible experiences with shady realtors in the past, but Paul and Adrean are incredible to work with. Their up-beat attitudes and the knowledge they have about the Solano County market is fantastic. Don't make the same mistake I did in the past by using some big name realtor who looks good on paper but can't back up their stuff... This Duo will treat you right and fulfill your needs!

After having a not so great experience with another realtor, Paul was a breath of fresh air! I admittedly am a bit high strung and Paul’s calm and professional demeanor really balanced well during a high stress situation! Because I am in and out of meetings all day everyday, Paul was very responsive via text and would call when I had a question that was more complex. He also referred us to a local loan officer who also made the process very smooth and easy! He was very open to suggesting and talking out negotiations when previously I’ve been told “well, you don’t want to ask for all that”. I really felt like he had our best interest at heart and didn’t feel like I was giving away the whole “kit and caboodle” when it was time to submit an offer. On the day of closing, he brought a camera on a stand and took our pictures which he later sent to us which I thought was a nice touch. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Paul to our family and friends!
