We just bought our first home and couldn’t have done it without Raudel! We had found some options, contacted him to see them, after meeting us he figured out exactly what we were looking for and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He is extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. Once he found our property he walked us through every step with hand holding when we needed it. Every question we had whether it was about warranties, the loan, inspections, he’d research thoroughly and help us right away. Raudel is also extremely kind and thoughtful and even put together a welcome Easter basket for our baby! I don’t think we could have had an as enjoyable home buying experience without Raudel and couldn’t recommend him more highly. Raudel really cares about helping you find what you’re looking for and it shows in the day to day and minuet details of the home buying process.

I met Raudel at an open house in my neighborhood, and mentioned that I was going to sell my home, and as I already had a potential buyer, will not be listing it. I also told him that I was looking around and trying to understand the Real Estate market, a subject I was totally ignorant of. Though it was clear that I was not going to engage him, Raudel came over to look at my house and gave me sufficient information that I was able to proceed with confidence.
