We got introduced to Raphael through our home lender Joseph Paul DiLucchio from American Financial Network( Another amazing individual to work with.) When my husband and I started shopping for a home we were introduced to a family realtor. My husband and I met the other realtor for a showing once and spoke to him a few times. We knew immediately that this person was just not for us and it almost made us feel like throwing in the towel two weeks into house hunting. After being connected with Raphael we had our first call. Not only did we connect well with Raphael, we felt like someone was listening to us and gave us hope we would be able to find a home one day. We were very impressed at how organized Raphael was. He had videos and process flow charts for first time home owners like us which made it really easy to understand the process and know what to expect. We started meeting almost every Sunday then after for showings to help us find our first home. Throughout our showings Raphael taught us a lot about what the inspectors and appraisers would evaluate. We became experts ourselves! He NEVER pressured us to put in offers in places we were interested and was always so helpful to walk us through the offers, counteroffers and negotiations. Throughout this process not only have we found a great lender and realtor but also gained amazing friends. Raphael’s business partner Daniel was also a pleasure to work with! Daniel and Raphael work very well together and make a great team! We highly recommend Raphael, Daniel and their entire team.

The way he explained complex real estate ideas to my 7 year old really impressed me, so I kept his card to suggest to friends. He loves his clients and loves his job.
