I have been trying since Nov to cancel my acct. it’s impossible. They say I have to talk to specialist and they will call. I’ve tried 5 times. The specialist never calls. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’m going to sue. DO NOT USE THEM.

This is the WORST company in St. Louis to use for any commercial security services. I have been charged for another customer's bill for about 6 months now and have contacted them over a dozen times to try and rectify the situation. They are even drafting my account for payments for the other customer. If you own a gym or a fitness center, then DEFINITELY stay away. Their home service may be better, but stay away from any commercial usage. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to post a negative review about a company. Quite honestly, I don't have the time and have always thought those who did this was just "sour grapes". I can promise you that this experience has been way more than anyone should have to deal with and that is why I took the time to post this review.

The management here all knew they were going to be replaced by adt management so they dragged a couple technicians down with them. The job itself it fun interacting with the customers and learning about the panels.

Someone tried to break in my house today and before i could even pick up the phone protection one was calling me..... Thanks a bunch guys police arrived at my house before i could ever get there and they got away with nothing...4 house where broken in this month and the bad guys got away with everthing that they could...GO PROTECTION 1👀👀👀👀
