Amazing community! The people who workout here are so friendly & I feel like it’s a welcoming environment at powerhouse. They offer a pool, hot tub, tanning. The women’s sauna was broken for a few weeks but I’m glad it’s fixed now! Always a clean gym, nice juice / smoothie bar. Great weight room. Good staff& Alexis is always so welcoming 🥰

I am no longer a member of this gym as I moved away from the area, but wanted to drop this review. I have been to 10 or more gyms now, and this one was by far my favorite. I thought most equipment was well spaced out well cleaned after use. Over the many years I was a member here, basic renovations were made to either bring in new equipment or replace old flooring with modern flooring, etc. The owners clearly care about the upkeep. The only con I could think about this place is that they do not have a favorable guest pass policy, if that is important to you. Otherwise, it was hassle free when I had to cancel my membership. If I ever return to the area, rejoining this gym would be an easy choice.

Power house has got to be the worst gym when it comes to solving any issue from their billing to their equipment. My wife and I have been trying to cancel our membership since February of this year finally June we owed them 40. 20 for me 20 for her to close our account. They took that out keep in mind we paid 50 a month for our membership 25 each. Now this month they take another 50 out please explain if you get a membership keep a eye on your account or don’t try to cancel just a heads up. Also been waiting for 3 days for return call from the billing manager great work power house

Had a membership for me and my little brother for a while and eventually I was moving and had to cancel.. Apparently I was on a 2 YEAR contract and wasn't allowed to they said. They said I had to keep paying it or out it on hold (which still costs me money). I told them neither will work - I'm not paying. I'm moving. Fast forward to now I receive a collections bill for nearly $600 for unpaid gym fees. Still not paying. Amazing gym inside but money hungry and don't care about the people

Had a bizarre experience. I went in to ask about a day pass, I’m in town for work once a month so I didn’t want to invest in a full membership. This girl approached me and kinda insisted that I basically had to purchase a month long membership at minimum (59$ and whatever cents) if I wanted to work out there. She made me feel kinda lousy and unwelcome. Like when you turn around and you can feel somebody mocking you behind your back. I’m a long-time lifter, I’ve worked out at plenty of powerhouse locations and I’ve never had an interaction that felt “off” like this. This is the only Powerhouse I’ve ever visited that doesn’t offer day or week passes, that’s kinda crummy. I get the impression that she was trying to force a membership purchase after I’d told her I wasn’t interested in any kind of full membership, and that was the tactic. Can’t really blame her for silly policies, but she could’ve been a little less patronizing. I’m sorry I’m even leaving this, I really just wanted to work out. A minimum purchase of a month is extremely unreasonable, day or week passes are a pretty standard practice.
