Tried to make an interior design appointment twice. One time no one was available m, even though they called and said everything was all set. I drove an hour. So a few months later I tried again and this time no one from PB called me so I called them to confirm. They never had my information so I am glad I called. They took my name and number and never called back. Don’t waste your time - the whole mall sucks

Pottery Barn has a wonderful selection of unique and stylish items. Unfortunately, they didn't have the chairs available that we wanted to purchase, but Tiffany the sales associate gets a 10 star rating from us. Tiffany was excellent! She called other stores and the distribution center to try and locate the chairs. The service was so great that we still bought a few items that were not on our list to purchase! It was so refreshing to see customer service alive and well again. Pottery Barn just gained a new customer .

Great customer service in the store. However their “design lady” was horrible. She was a no show the first appointment the second appointment was late. And then never sent us our quote for the items we spoke about. Ended up going to the store and picking our own stuff out and ordering online. Staff was super accommodating and welcoming. The stuck up lady we design lady however was not.
