Phoebe is a highly professional, full-time, and engaged Real Estate Agent. She provided terrific tips/input regarding things to address/fix in the house in preparation for selling at reasonable costs. She was highly resourceful when it came to connecting us with vendors to get the job done before the close. Phoebe was extraordinary where she expedited the sale process to get an offer we could not refuse. She did this by quickly pivoting and changing a course of action, arranging a last-minute showing with a large group of interested buyers just before we went out of town and while we were out of town the offer was made! We always felt like Phoebe was looking out for us without forcing her agenda. She at the same time was graciously communicating with the buyer and buyer’s agent all the way through. She is a natural at what she does, and you feel like everything is effortless.
