In a middle of nowhere, we found this Pho restaurant. The place is very big but the servers seem very busy considering only 4 tables with customers. The food were fresh but the Vietnam coffee was diluted so much so there is very little coffee taste.

Excellent taste. Broth had a bunch of flavor , didn't really need to add anything. Spring rolls are always a nice appetizer, those were pretty standard.

First time, takeout order. The Pho was delicious, as were the deep fried pork dumplings, grilled beef and grilled pork rolls. We even tried their Pad Thai with chicken and is was quite yummy. Noticed that inside dining was spacious and brightly lit. About one quarter if the tables were occupied on a Monday night. They are a little short staffed right now, so be patient. It's worth the wait. Second visit, dining with my wife. We had potstickers and krab Rangoon appetizers. She had the Bo Koh, delicious and a generous portion she could not finish. I had one of the Bun dishes, number 31, which was delightful, fresh, filling, and yummy. Can't wait for our next visit.

#20 Hù tiéu hoac mì hoành thánh (rice noodles with wontons and roast pork, spring rolls as an appetizer. The food was great as always. Portions are huge don’t let your eyes get bigger than your stomachs. The music is amazingly calm and serene (think Melli jazzy piano bar music). Prices are reasonable. Will recommend to friends, family and anyone asking

Been here and only here after 1 take out over a year ago. I usually just get the pho 🍜, but it’s THE best in Polk county hands down. Always delicious, love the spicy red pepper mix on the side. They don’t skimp and we go or pick it up at least twice a month.I swear if they ever figured out how to open a Vietnamese breakfast joint I would be the first in line.
