If there was an option for six stars, that's how I would rate Phillip! No one knows downtown Long Beach better than he does. I first met Phillip in 2016 when he helped me find my first home in DTLB. His expertise helped me navigate a community in which I had little experience. We found a home that met all of my needs and wants. Where I really saw Phillip rise to the occasion, was in selling that home last Fall and finding the home of our dreams just in January 2022. Both transactions had speed bumps that Phillip negotiated with aplomb. His ability to read situations and react quickly and effectively led to two successful transactions. I can honestly say that without Phillip Dominguez, we would not be in a home we had only dreamed of owning. Some may do it as well, as Phillip, but no one does it better!

Phillip was such a joy to work with - he helped us purchase our home, then helped us find tenants when we became first time landlords.
