My wife and I had a great experience working with Peter. We were a little hesitant to purchase a second home due to the market being extremely competitive but we became much more confident in our chances of obtaining a second home once we met Peter. Peter went above and beyond since day one and we really appreciated that. We must have looked at over 20 properties and Peter made time to be with us at each and every one of those properties. He always made himself available to us, was very quick to respond to our questions/concerns and made our second home purchasing process easy and a great experience.Thanks to Peter we found the perfect second home and we will definitely be working with Peter again in the near future when we look into purchasing a vacation home. Peter was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking for. If he didn’t know about the immediate community he would do everything in his power to research and find out for us.
