The front desk gentlemen was 100% committed to my satisfaction and I could not be more pleased. I was able to get my tires purchased and installed next day. It would've been same day had I showed up a little sooner, but 8am the following day won't hurt me. I got the exact tire and everything went perfect. Everyone working had smiles on their faces and you could tell they liked what they were doing. Great experience and I'll be back again for a third time after these tires go. Hopefully with the TA's it will take me a year, but I've had nothing but great things to say about Pep Boys from the start. Sincerely, Carly W.

Prior customer of 10+ years of this location who went here for an oil change and tire rotation. Set an 11AM appointment for 12/17/21 the night before (12/16/21). Received an email from Pep Boys at 11:13AM 12/17 stating “sorry you couldn’t make it to your appointment… let’s reschedule your appointment” even though I had shown up. I dropped off my vehicle and never received a call, a text or an email concerning the work being finished. Google states this location closes @7pm. I showed up @5:45, and it was locked up tight. I called 1-800-PEP-BOYS, and the customer service rep. attempted to call the service manager but to no avail. I understand the labor market right now, but I don’t understand why a sign wasn’t in the window and a call wasn’t made to me advising my vehicle was ready and that they were closing early. It goes without saying, but I’ll be taking all of my tire and oil change business elsewhere. The photos show no sign in the window.

Friendly and helpful staff. But they need to employ more than one person to check everyone in. He's do good considering this is a busy location. I can't speak for their mechanical work, only have them to change my oil.
