Went to this location to get a Diagnostic done and left my car at 9am. The car was done at 5pm. I spoke to the lead tech and he advised me that the test wasn't completed due to there being zero oil on the dip stick. I paid just to get my keys back. Jessie who works up front advised me that the diagnostic was done and they just note it on a "courtesy inspection" paper .... I asked about codes and he said there was no codes that came on and if there was then they would note it on the courtesy paper. Lol. I paid 110 just to hear what I already knew, that my starter, battery and alternator are good. I advised them, I replaced them all... After I paid, I checked my dipstick and there was oil on it. I went back and asked Jessie to come to my car and note that there is oil on the dip stick, and that I was maybe a half quart low. And he was rude and told me I already paid and he wouldn't do that. I then asked if another tech could check my oil and he said 'i am not having any of my techs deal with you' and he went back into the building and ignored me after. I basically paid for a visual testing and to be told false info on my oil. It stated on the paper "advised to not drive due to no oil".... But I had oil and the dude Jessie closed the bay doors and front door at 530 when they clearly close at 630. Rude service. Do not go to this location! Oh and when I was hearing Jessie talk, he was avoiding customers question. Such as one customer "so is my engine light off" and he responded "it should be, I would assume it is, I think" lol! Who is this guy!

First off.. The worst thing happened to my car transmission. I don’t know too much about cars and Nathan at pep boys was kind enough to explain to me what needed to be done and why. He went as far as helping me with my warranty company for the car. He dealt with multiple or calls from myself or my aunt and warranty company for about two weeks. I appreciated his patience with fixing my car as timely as possible. Great place

Absolutely horrible communication. Scheduled an appointment online - no one was there, phone never went to an answering machine just continued to ring. They were closed that day and never changed the online scheduling system or noted on their website or answering machine that they were closed. And when they got there in the morning didn't even call to apologize for the miscommunication or let me know my car was still there and okay. Very disappointed. The guy at the desk apologized when I picked up, but regardless service was unprofessional and communication very poor. I do not recommend coming here.

I am extremely grateful Dan and his crew were handling my Ford F-150 repair. I had had my truck fixed just the previous day for an unrelated problem. When the brakes locked up while driving on Friday evening I was pretty shaken up. Had truck towed to PepBoys after hours. I called the next morning to find out the rear differential had broke. Dan said he would research finding a rebuilt part on Monday. Unfortunately Monday was a holiday. I called back Tuesday afternoon and Dan was able to quote me a price. He said it would take two days. Dan ended up having to pick up the part himself in his own vehicle. He put two guys on my truck and I picked it up on Thursday morning- a day earlier than estimated. I am a contractor and value my wheels. Thank you Dan and your team!!!

This store has terrible customer service. The guy who is there does not care about your car needs. The tone bordering on insolence and definitely in the “I don’t care”. I brought my car to the store for the vibration. They check the tires and rotate them and told me that there is no problem. However, the problem was not resolved. They tried to get rid of me because it was close to closing time. Then I took my car to another pep boys which is located in Scottsdale. The lady there was so welcoming and she knew what she was talking about. She told me that one of the tires was a little flat area on the front passenger side tire which caused the vibration. Do not do business with these guys.
