Dawn Marie1 StarHorrible experience. Called an made an appointment for 2pm hours prior on the phone. I arrive at my appointment and the guy helping me couldn’t find any info of my appointment and continued to ask if IM SURE that I made the appointment at this location. I was no where to be found in the system. The only mechanic left for lunch upon my arrival. A second gentleman at the front desk arrived and at least apologized for not entering me into the system but he knows I made the appointment with him. Not able to get an alignment today due to a busy schedule. Would not recommend this locationThursday 17th March 2022

Wes Jackson1 StarWhat happened to this place??? After Covid, none of the familiar faces were around. I showed up a few minutes before the store was supposed to open and nobody was there. They finally rolled in right at the opening time but the front desk guy acted like he didn’t want my business. I parked and came in and he said. “You got to give me a moment to log in. I haven’t even opened the doors yet.” It was well past opening at this point and the guy was acting like my presence was an imposition to him. This used to be where I would always take my car for service, but not anymore. The previous time I took my car in their AC was out in the building and it was causing issues with their computers overheating. I just don’t get it… it’s like this store has just given up.Monday 15th November 2021
Adam Goldman5 StarTook my car in for tires, brakes, and a battery, for an upcoming road trip. The staff (Brian) was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I wasn't upsold om anything that I didn't need, and they provided a ride to and the shop.
The car was done when promised and communication was great! I will definitely be using them again for my car's service needs!
