If you’re looking for someone to be honest, hard working and motivated in selling or buying you a home, Paula Crate is the right person for the job. Paula was absolutely amazing to work with in selling my home. I was a first time home seller and wanted to find someone who was not biased or had any involvement to my home. She was referred to me by a friend who said, Paula knew the area and had experience in the industry for a long time”. Paula assured me that she want to help me get the most out of my home. Within hours of listing my house for sell, various offers came in. This made me a bit nervous and overwhelmed. Paula handle everything with great professionalism and keep me involved in the entire process to sell. She worked hard and helped close the house a little over a month after listing. Paula is a consummate professional! We bought our home in 2013 and if it wasn’t for her I don’t think we would have been successful. She walked us through all the intricacies of buying a home. She made it clear and understandable. She helped negotiate for us to get the price we needed. As we were moving to Lake Arrowhead from out of the area, she went above and beyond in helping us even after our house closed, in order to get some needed work done before we moved in. We could not recommend her more highly! She is the best!!!
