As a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of the CA housing market, I needed a realtor that was willing to hold my hand throughout the entire home buying process. Patricia truly went above and beyond to ensure that I ended up in the home that I wanted. She took a genuine interest in what I was looking for and tailored a home search that was specific to me. Once we found the home that I wanted Patty was tireless in her efforts to get me into that home. Being that I went with new construction I was added to a lengthy waitlist for the community. Patty made frequent phone calls and visits to the community on my behalf to make sure i knew where I stood on the list. Thanks to Patty’s due diligence when a home did open up my name was at the top of the list and I was able to get into the home and community that I love at a price point I could afford. During escrow there were a few issues that I ran into with the lender that I selected for my home loan however, thanks to Patty’s urgency, thoroughness, and willingness to step in. She was able to prevent any significant delays in closing. I highly recommend Patricia to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely cares about their clients. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using Patricia for all of my future Realtor needs.

I highly recommend having Patricia and her team to help you buy or sell your home. Patty helped me buy my first home in June. This was one of my biggest fears especially buying in San Diego. Patty helped me and my family find that right home that fit our needs and our budget. We looked at so many homes and patty was always available to show us a home even last minute. Patty is committed to her clients and her profession. She would be honest on homes that we should walk away from and other homes that had potential. She makes you feel like family during the process and after. I would definitely pick Patricia and her team to buy or sell your next home.
