While the real estate market has been somewhat bullish and much easier to meet the seller’s desired asking price, a true test of a strong work ethic and commitment to reach the goal and close the deal was certainly the circumstance in this sale. Parker Properties was extremely professional and patient while a renter still occupied the home and was trying to close his own escrow. It was not the best scenario for managing the sale having to work around a tenant and more, specifically, a tenant dear to the seller. However, Parker Properties respected the close eight-year friendship and the tight restrictive nature of having a tenant-occupied house on the market. Teri Parker was always gentle in her nudging to keep everything moving forward, from having the house staged for pictures, to prospective buyer walk-throughs, to any cure and correct issues, to document signing, to the final closing transaction. She was my rock and my partner in seeing the house sale in the desired time, for the desired price, and within escrow deadlines for both myself and my tenant. Parker Properties met all the challenges and my expectations, much like a high wire circus performance with great poise, skill, and competence for what was simply a remarkable balancing act. My wife and I retained Parker Properties more than ten years ago as the Property Managers of our rental property. During that time Parker Properties has done a superior job for us. They were able to find quality renters as well as keeping us informed of any maintenance needs of the property. They hired and dispatched qualified and licensed contractors to take care of any maintenance or repairs that needed to be done after our approval. Parker Properties has always been prompt and accurate in providing us with the necessary paperwork involved with rental property. Such as tax related information and monthly income statements. They also deposited monthly income checks directly into our checking account as scheduled. We recently decided to sell our rental property and interviewed several real estate firms and decided to list the home with Teri Parker, of Parker Properties. Teri was able to find qualified buyers in a very short period of time and was also able to sell the property for much more than the asking price with a short escrow period. They handled the paper like the quality company they are. My only regret is that we do not have more properties to sell at this time! In closing, I am very happy we worked with Parker Properties throughout the rental as well as selling process of our property. I highly recommend Parker Properties to anyone that is in the market for a quality Property Manager or Realtor. Brent
