Daniel Kim at Park Group was extremely helpful in helping me purchase a home. He has a lot of knowledge about houses and the purchasing process. Wow! I don't know where to start, but I gotta say it's been a pleasure working with Sam and his team for our home purchase! He has always been honest and transparent with us, and I could tell they're working hard for us (including many late nights and weekends). Even though we hit a few snags throughout escrow, Sam always stayed calm and helped us find solutions whenever we hit a bump. The greatest part was that we got our offer accepted for our dream house even though our offer wasn’t even the highest!
