Prior to meeting Melissa, We we're defeated and discouraged as first time buyers with our current lender and agent and kept finding ourselves in unnecessary bidding wars. We felt hopeless and defeated. My Pops recommended Melissa and assured me she would be the one to get the job done, and done right!! Our first meeting with Melissa we left feeling confident knowing we were in good hands and that she was the right lender and agent for us. She went through every detail thoroughly and listened to our wants and our needs and expectations. From that point on Melissa and I stayed in direct contact, I don't believe there was even a time she didn't answer her phone day or night. I found a home we were interested in and Melissa got on it. Even though the other agent was more then difficult, Melissa made the transaction as smooth as can be.
