VA and FHA loans even allow for higher debt ratios on a case by case basis.

Steve is super great to work with and I am glad we had his support. Steve was able to get us an excellent deal on a loan, and he was also very responsive by phone/email for all questions. Steve also gave great guidance when the lender came back with last-minute questions prior to loan approval. This was super helpful to first-time homebuyers such as ourselves.
