My puppy Mocha was hit by a car, fortunately she survived and got better. During the long recovery her fur got long and matted, and she was in desperate need of grooming. Due to her brain injury and seizures Mocha was very sensitive to touch, noise, and movements, and had to be handled with extra care. She was also over reactive towards other dogs, and that’s why we couldn’t go back to her previous groomer, where there were always other dogs being groomed at the same time. I got Octavia’s contact from my daughter, and she was fantastic! Not only she designated her whole afternoon and evening to Mocha alone, but also separated her own dog from ours, to make it as comfortable, and stress less as possible. She was very gentle and caring when she handled Mocha, and I was surprised how great Mocha looked and how well she felt after the grooming. She was not stressed out at all, exploring Octavia’s back yard like nothing happened, and acting happy and normal after we returned home. I was so relieved and grateful! While Mocha’s fur is growing back nicely, my other dog is getting ready for a haircut, so we will be making another appointment with Octavia pretty soon. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a professional, caring and loving groomer. She also offers dog sitting and boarding services, so if have to leave your pets with someone, Olivia and her place would be my first choice!

I am so pleased to have found Octavia with Doggie Paws Grooming and Pet Sitting. On short notice, she was able to care for my two dogs. She provides individual care in a secure environment when providing pet sitting. Her service is wonderful because she does not have multiple dogs at one time when caring for the dogs. She provided baths the day before I picked up my dogs and they looked and smelled so great! I would not hesitate to have her take care of my sweet dogs again! You will love her!

My girl is so happy and pampered after her spaw day here. Other groomers I’ve used have always missed her dew claws and Octavia was sure to get every last nail. Really happy with her entire grooming experience here, my dog was wagging her tail and obviously well taken care of when I picked her up. So glad to find a groomer who really cares!

So glad I found Octavia’s Doggie Paws! Octavia is amazing - from friendly, caring customer service to compassionate animal care to impeccable grooming skills. My dog can be a bit spicy and she handled him like a pro. Our vet won’t go near his mouth, but Octavia was able to brush his teeth - wow! My dog has never been this well groomed and he smells so good. Octavia takes care of every detail. I should have been scheduling with her sooner. Let your fur baby meet her - they will love her and you will too!

I've tried out Octavia's boarding and grooming services for my adorable lab mix, Lulu. Octavia was incredibly accommodating and came to our rescue when my newborn arrived, even taking last-minute appointments. I can't recommend her services enough, and I'll definitely be sticking with her in the future.
