David kept us very well informed from the very beginning, of all details - large and small - and stayed in touch frequently to let us know what was happening on any given day. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.
We were selling a home in Half Moon Bay but have not lived in the immediate area for quite some time. We met with David on very short notice right before the Christmas/New Year holidays, and he took care of everything from that point on. He had great recommendations for a professional stager, handyman, housecleaners, etc. to ensure that the home showed its best. He clearly knew the market well and gave us recommendations on what to do, and what not to do, all the while moving towards our goal of selling the home.
We had zero surprises with the selling and closing processes and zero stress because of that.
