O'Shea Builders were instrumental in helping us sell our house. On multiple occasions, they came in with very little notice and fixed various problems that came up when our house was on the market. Once under contract, we needed to replace a large section of the wood floors in our kitchen. For a very affordable price and without notice, they did a beautiful job on the repair which included matching new flooring to an old/worn wood floor. We can't wait to get started with them in our new house!

O'Shea Builders did a great job for us replacing a large wooden deck with Azek flooring & facia products. It was unclear how much of the existing deck frame would n/t/b replaced and if the 4 existing columns could be reused. Warren came up w/ a contract that gave us certainty on the material cost and a very reasonable estimate of the time and labor costs. Warren and his crew showed up every day as scheduled. They completed the job on time and within the estimated costs. They were very professional. Every day they set up their equipment, worked steadily completing each days task and ; a big favorite for my wife, they cleaned up completely each night before leaving. During the course of the project there were a few unforeseen problems where, as homeowners we had to make a design or structural decision. O'Shea Builders flexibility ( "you can do A or B or C; your call") and talent to produce a good outcome gave us great confidence in them. We would HIGHLY recommend O'Shea Builders for any construction projects.

Warren is the man. Very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. We had a gut job renovation that we started with another contractor; after that contractor walked off in the middle Warren helped put all the pieces back together and finish the job. Now he's my go to contractor for jobs big and small.

Quality service! I would highly recommend working with this company based on our experiences (affordable, reliable and quality). Warren, the owner, is very responsive and extremely easy to work with. During our initial meeting for an estimate, he acknowledged minor things that needed attention in our basement and he fixed them on the spot. This company also works closely with other specialists and sets you up when you need it. We will remain loyal customers for being so satisfied!
