Clerks were more interested in using their cell phones or talking to each other. One finally asked if I needed help and then said she didn't think they had what I was looking for and turned away saying "sorry". They DO carry what I needed..got it at another store

Bought 2 new batteries in to be charged at 7:30. Am and returned to pick them up at 10: am and told by the new cashier that the batteries were no good. I reinformed the cashier that the batteries are new; about 2 weeks new. The charge was not done. The store is at Indi chatgesan School Rd and 83 ave in phoenix,az. This the 2nd time that this has happened and if you don't give free charges don't advvertise. .

Evening management was less than helpful! Called in advance to pick up a part, arrived and was told not in stock. Management would not even come out to speak to me! Very poor customer service on his part.
