We could not have asked for a better realtor! My boyfriend and I met Nicholas at an open house. He was very nice and very generous with his real estate knowledge. He shared many tips how to appear stronger and package our offer so that we boost our chances of getting accepted. Nicholas was very responsive and answered all of our questions. If we wanted to view a property with little notice, Nick would meet us there within an hour and give a private tour. Nicholas is amazing! We will definitely use his services again.
