After speaking with Dana Frederick on the phone I made 2 trips here to meet with Dana and look at homes she thought suited me. I ended up putting in offers both times, but lost both of them. I found a house online while in So. Cal., told Dana about it and she went and looked form me immediately. I told her I loved the house and after only meeting with me twice she thought this was the house I was looking for and recommended I put in an offer even before I had seen the house. I did and upon inspection of the house realized she knew exactly what I was looking for. Dana and Amber Kerr made the whole experience very easy. I wasn't in the area so Dana and Amber took care of all the stuff that needed to be done for me.
