Stuart was very attentive and a proactive rental management specialist. His professionalism made my lease experience wonderful. I've recently leased a townhouse from his agency and they were excellent with response time for all maintenance issues. Also, Stuart quickly found a tenant to replace my early lease termination with no hassles and refunded my full deposit in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Nesbitt Realty agency for both house hunting and leasing if you prefer to work with a team of professionals that care.

The entire Nesbitt team is focused on customer satisfaction and quality of service - and that comes through regular and personable communication, community updates, and reliable advice when it comes to property management, leasing, sales or purchases. My agent, Stuart Nesbitt has become a trusted friend in the 2+ years I have come to rely on him. His service, and the support of his office staff became critical during the height of the pandemic, which found me in need of finding a tenant for my condo, which he did seemingly effortlessly. As I am considering the sale of the property, his experience and intimate understanding of the market dynamics in that area have helped guide me in the timing and strategy I feel confident in following. Could not ask for a better company, or agent!

I have used Nesbitt Realty for more than 10 years and have always had a positive experience. I would highly recommend Nesbitt Realty if you are looking for a reliable and capable property manager or need to sell your home. I started renting out a condo unit I owned through Will Nesbitt in 2011, and later worked with Stuart Nesbitt from circa 2013 until the unit was sold (by Stuart) in December of 2022. Throughout this time Nesbitt Realty identified qualified potential tenants, prepared lease agreements, and kept me up to date on maintenance issues and any concerns regarding tenants. When it came time to sell the condo, Stuart identified a couple things to refresh/update in the unit and coordinated the work with a contractor, listed the property quickly, arranged a number of showings, and held an open house. Despite an increasingly challenging housing market with rising interest rates, Stuart presented me with a full-price offer within days of the initial listing, and the unit was sold in December of 2022. Highly recommended!

They are fantastic, very personal in their services to us, and make excellent recommendations for property maintenance and rental income. They provided three quotes for maintenance projects to ensure we got best price, and helped us work through three sets of tenants already with almost no gap in monthly rental income. He makes it a truly passive investment through his management style, taking care of the renters and any needs that arise. When there's a problem he communicates about them and we fix them together.
