This is a very good company, I’ve been with them for years. Great service, quick and efficient. The tech who came today was Norray. It was the first time she was at my house. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did a terrific job. I would definitely ask for her the next time. Emily, who I speak to on the phone, is terrific as usual. She’s so pleasant and easy to talk to. Such a terrific company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Air is the best. The prompt service, listening to the customers request the quoting the correct product asked for. The accounting department working with you. The person answering the phone the service techs the managers. The installation the follow up all from this company has been on par a five stars out of 5. I rate them 10 out of 10. It takes a lot for me to do this because not everybody can be perfect but this company has it down. From the outside to management. My name is Todd Stevenson and my wife’s name is Kirsten Larrain and we are very happy because I called with the model number of the air conditioner I wanted and got a quote. My air conditioner was put on the schedule and installed in a quick and professional manner. but seriously everybody that answers the phone there and talks to you treat you with respect. Ralph, Thomas, Chadrick, Rudy and Curtis, all of these folks at Mr. Air deserve a five star rating customer service follow up follow through everything.

Was without heat over the entire Christmas weekend when temperatures were in the 40s. No one ever picked up phone!! Mr Air installed a new $7K unit in October (I trusted your folks to do it correctly while I was still in NY). When I got down to FL a few weeks later, AC was not working properly so I needed service. The technician “fixed” the system and he also noticed that new thermostat had never been installed (it was just left on the counter). He installed thermostat and AC system seemed fine. Fast forward to Saturday December 24 - temps plummeted to the 40s and NO HEAT! Tried calling for service and NO ONE answered ALL WEEKEND!!!!!! Today - Tuesday December 27 FINALLY got through and technician arrived . . . within 5 minutes detected that THERMOSTAT had been installed INCORRECTLY!!!! Thank you to the technician for fixing the issue but I am NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER ! ! !

Every time I want to change air conditioning companies they send someone fabulous like Pierre today and I wish that I had him every time and that he could take care of me personally! … Today I had Rudy come out to do my maintenance and he is absolutely wonderful also! I speak to Jamie about my maintenance and I just told her that she is the person that is keeping me with Mr. Air because I’ve had such problems before but she is fixing all of them and sending me people like Pierre and Rudy who are just wonderful technicians! Good job done… You guys should be paid a lot for the great job you’re doing!

Benjamin came to repair my A/C unit today. He was amazing! Very professional, polite, responsive. He asked questions and walked me through the issues and repaired it quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend Benjamin for service ! Thanks Ben!
