We found out about Jason through a referral from a friend who he had recently helped buy their first house (off market). From there we setup a quick phone call to let him know more about our criteria and we scheduled a time to meet up that same weekend. From the first time speaking with Jason, we loved his calm demeanor and we truly felt he had out best interest in mind. Understanding we were new home buyers, he spent time educating us on the process and how to read and understand the various disclosures and terms of an offer. He was always available for questions any day of the week and he was always on top of providing us comps for houses we were interested in and pulling disclosures. On top of all of this, Jason was able to use his connections and experience to find several off market listings in the Concord and Walnut Creek areas for us to consider. Overall, we were really satisfied with our experience with Jason and we would recommend him to friends looking for homes in those areas!

We had a great experience purchasing our first home with Jason Moon. The lending process was surprisingly easy and we were able to find our home within two months in a very competitive market. Jason was incredibly helpful in understanding our home loan, our offer, negotiations, and everything else. Jason and Jody are truly amazing. From the start they have been super responsive and structured in their approach to help us buy a home in the crazy East Bay real estate market (our focus was Berkeley and Oakland). We cant recommend Jody and Jason enough. Don’t look further, just call them and set up an appointment. It took us about 4 months and 5 offers and they were right about the selling price all the time. Jody was always available and would always accommodate our schedule when viewing homes. Just all around amazingly. Thanks guys!!!
