Called Mike's and paid them to come in and fix a machine that we are having an electrical problem with. After blowing two transformers while they were here trying to get the machine working, they left and informed us that they needed to order another transformer. That was on May 17 and It is now October 17. They either don't answer the phone, tell you they are going get back to you or the last excuse was that it slipped through the cracks. I would not recommend calling this company if you need something done in a timely matter because we are still waiting.

I had made an appointment for 7:30 am with this company for after I got home from work. I had told them I worked night shift and they said they could make me their first appointment so I could go to sleep after. I agreed. So after work, I waited and no one showed up. I contacted them around 8:30 to see when they would be getting here. They responded saying they were having “vehicle troubles” and that they could come later in the day. They asked when I would wake up so that they could come to my house and I told them 3 pm. They said just to shoot them a text when I wake up and they’ll head towards me, which I thought was very nice of them. I contacted them when I woke up that afternoon and they never responded and never showed up. I never write reviews, but this was very disappointing and a big waste of time. Do not recommend.

Mike is amazing! OMG, came in contact with him through a friend who referred me to him and spoke very highly of his professionalism and ability to quickly and efficiently solve electrical problems. I called Mike in the morning and he showed up in the afternoon. That alone was impressive. I totally recomend him.

Mike's Custom Electric is outstanding. They installed outdoor lighting for my yard and repaired patio pool area lighting. They were knowledgeable and efficient and I highly recommend them!
