I have just had a very successful experience buying my new home with the help of Mike Phelan as my realtor. Mike listened to what I was looking for and could judge if each house that came on the market would be right for me. He “read” houses so well to the point of spotting what could become a problem, as well as spotting a well built home that would be a good fit with few worries to encounter in the future. Every bit of paper work needed for offers, amendments and escrow was prepared and delivered so quickly and efficiently that it made the whole process flow very smoothly. And patient! He always kept a positive attitude about finding me just the right home, which was difficult in this fluctuating market and in my price range. I have already highly recommended Mike to friends and family for their real estate needs.

Mike was a great realtor to work with, attentive, understanding, knowledgeable, and kind. He created and carried out a marketing plan for my unique 135-year-old home that reached a broad audience, my property sold within a month and to just the right person. From inspectors to signing the final papers, I never felt rushed into making decisions. He provided continuous support and made me feel comfortable throughout an unfamiliar process. When decisions were required, he offered helpful recommendations but left all final decisions to me. Mike was very professional in all areas. Mike is an outstanding real estate agent. I feel so fortunate to have found him. I was new to the area and looking for home to buy. I had some very specific needs and it was a very hot seller's market, so I had to look at a lot of homes to find the right one. Mike was unfailingly patient, helpful, and good humored.
