Earlier this year, I was faced with the daunting task of selling my parents' mountain cabin in Lake Arrowhead. Mike and his associates were terrific. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Mike and his whole team are proactive and also patient. I always felt that he was looking out for my best interest with a great deal of honesty and integrity. I couldn't be happier with the communication, process, and the outcome. I want to thank Mike Dolan & Associates for such a beautifully smoothe transition with the Sale of my Home in Big Bear. From the start Mike was by my side coaching me on how to display my home interior to its best potential; what furniture to keep and what to move. He helped me with every minor detail so that I always felt secure as if a family member was looking out for me. Due to his expertise in Marketing my Home sold on the FIRST DAY of his Listing; I also got more than my asking price. But the real joy was having someone who looked out for me every step of the way even suggesting packers to use and resolving my questions about my Escrow. When there was a delay glitch from the Buyer Mike was there first to resolve the delay in my favor with consideration for me for the Buyer's failure to get paperwork in on time. Most Agents wouldn't care and wouldn't dare interfere with the process for my benefit when the Buyer was at fault;---but with Mike---I got consideration in the form of Money...the best kind. Mike Dolan went above and beyond to help us sell our vacation home in Big Bear Lake. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and well respected in the Big Bear community. He has his pulse on every aspect of the community. I had to go through a major renovation of the project to get it sold and got every money of my rehab cost back and then some because of following Mr. Dolan's expertise. I can't stress enough that anyone looking to purchase or sell their home should seriously consider Mike as their representative. We had a multiple bid offer on our home which Mike guided us through. Lastly, the day the property closed I had learned that my father passed away and Mike took over everything for me and got the deal done to insure it closed. I will never forget that and you should consider that in your decision making process. My recommendation is to hire Mike Dolan because he gets the job done.
