Friendly service at front counter from Mr. Ivan. I came in on an earlier occasion but do to my schedule could not stay, when I came in he remembered me from my previous visit. They were able to get me in rather quickly and completed the work I needed. They took extra care to put my old parts in the truck bed (warranty purposes). They installed a catalytic converter which required the transfer of a O2 sensor. The work came with a vehicle service inspection. They made some good discoveries and did not try to up-sale me on the work. They simply made me aware with a documented report. Very pleased with the work, environment and customer service. I will return for future work .

I normally have my son get my oil changes done for me but I decided to get it done since I was near the Midas on Silver Hill Road in Forestville, Md. I was very pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was. Ivan warmly greeted me, explained to me about the services I selected was very respectful and professional. Just because I am a woman I did not feel taken advantage of or anything like that. All of the employees there were kind and courteous. The young gentleman who did my oil change and tire rotation was very thorough. He found a nail in my tire (which explains my low pressure light). He repaired it and that was that. The young gentleman who checked me out was also amazing. He was very kind and professional as well. He put the oil change reminder in my window and made sure I was satisfied with the service and ABSOLUTELY I was! From now on I’m going to get my own oil change. They really made me feel very comfortable and the wait was not that long. More importantly, my car felt like a new car when I drove away. Thank you Midas crew of Forestville! You now how a loyal customer!!

My mother paid $75 for an oil change & diagnostic test. She was told that she needed a new timing chain that'll cost $2,000. She took it to my mechanic 2 weeks later for an unrelated issue only to find there was no oil in her car & there was nothing wrong with her timing chain. Midas will never get our service every again. If you're a woman take a man with you or check behind them. Better yet...DON'T GO! It's deceiving business practices.

This store is pathetic and they misrepresent (LIE) about their services. My invoice stated I got a dye test for A/C check. Before I took it in, I stated that my A/C was not working and it had freon but it leaked out. That was the trouble I reported. When I got my car back from Midas, it was blowing cool air. By the time I got home, No Air.

While having to get your car repaired is usually not fun, the Midas at Forestville made my experience as pleasant and seamless as possible. Clean waiting room, friendly and knowledgeable staff, courtesy call when my car was ready, and the best part: no one tried to sell me on something I didn't need. I've had really good experiences at every Midas I've gone to, and Forestville is no exception. Happy customer over here.
