Micki represented the sellers of our house, and it was a complete disaster. Our close date got moved 4 times, it took almost 3 months. It took her several days to respond at times and she did not prepare at all. She didn't think to get any signatures before her clients went over seas and could not answer any of our questions. When we FINALLY closed (one of her excuses for postponing was that the cleaners were there) it was disgusting. They left tons of personal items and trash that we had to get rid of. When we told her it costs over $800 to get a dumpster to clean up she sent us a check for a of so generous $100 and a passive aggressive note. I would not recommend her to anyone, it was a huge mess.
